Question about the packaging not the product. My conditioner did not have a protective seal as my shampoo did. Should I be concerned?

I can't answer for your safety but mine did not either. What gave me a peace it that I check with a retailer and there's did not have a protection seal over it. I hope this help you. Be blessed.
