I had no idea how much I needed Collagen until I ordered this! One day, my knee suddenly started to absolutely kill me....Like on the couch limping anywhere I needed to go pain. I did some research and found this one with all the great reviews and great price and Holy Cow! The day after my first dose, I was able to walk again with minimal pain and I am on my 2nd bag, and I am feeling so much better! It has helped my hair and I believe my skin as well. I mix it with my iced coffee each morning and one of those little spinny whisks and zero flavor! I have noticed that it can be hard to mix if I just dump it in the cold coffee, but if I slowly add it right on top of the mixer as it spins, it mixes perfectly! So here I am , jumping on the collagen bandwagon, as a full believer!!

This is an excellent product and does not have any flavor at all that I could detect. I have added it to smoothies and really enjoy it in my coffee. It makes it a slightly thicker consistency. This does not clump at least in hot water. There is no odor. It is easy to use and I did not experience any side effects. I am not sure whether it resulted in more energy or any health benefits as I changed my diet at the same time, but it certainly did not cause adverse effects. Will buy again.
