Defective hardware (hard disk and RAM)
6 months after I purchased this laptop, I started having blue screens. The IT technician checked the hardware, both hard disk and RAM are defective and files are corrupted. It seems that this product is under specs or off specs and being sold at any price. I tired to contact the seller but impossible to reach. Please be careful.

Windows gets deactivated
The machine is good config, but after 2 months of use, suddenly the windows show as needs activation. There is no Windows sticker for the laptop so not sure how to activate it without a key!
