Great product really works highly recommended
I’ve just started recumbent cycling due to my chronic back pain and I was looking for something for my extensive bike ride for 1 hour every day and this thing really really helped me build my endurance plus the flavor is so amazing and it mixes with water like charm. Can’t wait to buy another soon.

Excellent product
Tastes great and really helps with recovery! I’ve been using XTEND BCAA for a few weeks now, and I love it. The blue raspberry flavor is actually delicious—super refreshing, especially during or after workouts. It mixes easily with water and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste. I’ve noticed less muscle soreness and better recovery overall. Definitely one of the best BCAA powders I’ve tried. Great value too!

Best on the market
Scivation's Xtend BCAA's are the best on the market, hands down, in my opinion. They come at a low price point, generally below $20 for 30 servings, and have the most l-leucine per serving out of any product that I could find on amazon. Leucine is the most important BCAA, and the more you can get of it, the better. The 3.5 Gram dosage is very high compared to most other products. Topping it off with the addition of glutamine and citruline malate are nice additions, though both are too low to do a ton of work on their own. Citruline normally needs at least 2-3 (sometimes 4) grams to be effective, and glutamine should be around 8-12. Assuming you take an extra glutamine product, this is a nice extra, though not needed. The extra citruline can aid you in getting a pump if you already take a nitric oxide boost as a preworkout that has citruline in it as well. Just a little icing on the cake, nothing to ride home about though. I use this product intra workout on training days, and thoughout the day on non training days. Generally I'll mix in 2 scoops (2 servings), and maybe a third if I'm training, but that's just me, do what you want. Now for the stuff that doesn't matter but everyone cares about. Taste is really good. I've tried a lot of the flavors and my favorites are lemon lime and green apple. Blue raspberry isn't bad, but sometimes stains your teeth like Gatorade. The product mixes fairly well but expect some foam. This is actually a good thing because leucine, generally, doesn't mix well, so you know you're gettting what they claim you are. Overall, again, I believe this to be the most cost effective, most potent BCAA mix possibly on the market. A competitive option would be Rich Piana's "All day you may".

Good results, Decent Taste.
UPDATE 5/1/17 The new grape flavor isn't bad. This product is still the best around as far as BCAAs go. The mango flavor is really good, my favorite so far. HOWEVER, the Watermelon flavor is TERRIBLE. Pass on that one. Still a great product overall. Helps with muscle recovery and less soreness, especially when restricting calories! I miss the old formula. The old refreshing grape tasted amazing to me. This is incredibly sweet, even watered down. It is a good value for BCAAS though. I take this because I train fasted most of the time. It helps preserve muscle loss. I am going to give the grape flavor a try next, but I am not a fan of this artificial blue raspberry. As I drank it during my swim workout my mouth got dry and sticky, it was awful. Way too much or a horrible artificial sweetener. I think that the added potassium and electrolytes is a nice touch, but I can not get over the taste. I craved the old formula like water, the new stuff I choke down. It works though... UPDATE 1/1/13 This product is growing on me. The BCAAs definitely help and as long as you add A LOT of water the taste isn't as bad. My body is starting to crave this stuff instead of water like I used to with the old "refreshing grape."

Definitely a staple in my household
This is no go-to for electrolytes. The flavor is point on and taste so much better than Gatorade. I highly recommend it.

Works for older exercisers, too.
A lot of supplements make claims about effects that are not immediately, if ever, observable. This is not one of them. When I first started taking this, I immediately noticed that I could go longer during cardio/strength oriented routines such as P90x and Insanity. I continued to drink this as my workouts evolved to running and weight lifting. Despite always being a terrible runner (I simply never felt that "runner's high", was never able to run very far, and was usually miserable) my runs, while never really increasing too far in distance, seemed to require less effort, making them more tolerable. But the real difference, came in my weight training. Being 44 years old, I was surprised at how quickly I went up in weights, how muscular I was getting, and how little soreness I had. I've lifted weights on and off for nearly 30 years, and suddenly I was lifting, in some cases, more than I ever had. Now, full disclosure: shortly before I started using Xtend, I also began taking creatine. This absolutely resulted in a strength and muscle gain. So once I started taking Xtend, I wondered how much of my performance gains I could attribute to the creatine. I felt the cardio-related gains were definitely the result of the Xtend, but the strength gains could have been the continuing results of the creatine. UNTIL I stopped taking Xtend. That was about a month ago, in part due to budgetary restraints and partly because I wasn't sure anymore if Xtend was really helping my time in the gym all that much. In the past month, however, the weight I lift in many of my exercises has slowly dropped, my endurance has decreased (I'm more sluggish and my workouts simply seem more daunting), and worst of all, I'm feeling my age. My elbows and knees in particular are sore for days after a workout, whereas before there was virtually no soreness. I believe in supplements, but rarely have I found one that has shown so much observable evidence of its effectiveness. This past month, much to my surprise, has proven to me just how effective this product is, and I will absolutely be including this in my next supplement order with Amazon. UPDATE 2-6-14: I purchased this again, and sure enough, my workouts are easier, I am much less sore, and am considerably stronger. This confirms what I already believed. This stuff just works.

XTEND's BCAAs are considered as world's one of the finest. XTEND doesn't incorporate unnecessary and trivial vitamins like B12, E and what nots in it, hence more room for the BCAAs. All you get here is the real stuffs, the stuffs which really matters i.e Lucene, Iso-lucene and Valine in the ratio of 2:1:1. The perfect combination for muscle growth and endurance. As for the flavour and the authenticity of this product, this product is 100% real and authentic. Also, it entertains a huge range of flavors, "BLUE RASPBERRY" being my personal favourite. So, all the best guys for purchasing this amazing product. God Speed!
