Can you light a cigar?

I no longer smoke so I cannot say with certainty. However, I do think it's capable of lighting a cigarette. I don't think you could light a fat Cuban cigar but someone else may know. I do know that it will light my prepped fire sources and it will shock you it you touch the electrodes.

How can you tell when this is fully charged?

The paper that came in the box with it said “fully charged in less than 1 1/2 hrs” and when you are charging it a little blue dot lights up on top of it near the flame area, then each time you use it the blue light comes on at the same time as the flame, when it loses charge the blue light doesn’t come on anymore with the flame. Other than that, I can’t tell either, but if you charge it for 1 1/2 hrs and keep track of the blue dot, hopefully that’ll work. Hope it helped a little. :)

I carry one of these with me at all times. I bought one a while back, but lost it. Liked it enough to buy another one. And I bought one for one of my sons who needed a reliable ignition system for his work. I drop it on the charger every month or so to make sure it stays fully charged. I've tested it and it works fine. Lights paper, kindling, and fire starter rope easily. I wouldn't try to start a log with it, but that's not what it's for. Starts kindling great.
