Two are. The gold glitter one and the one with the divider. The screw one makes a tiny bit of noise, a soft whirr. The loudest being the one with the push button, like a waterfuls, it clicks from pushing button and swishes. That one is hardest to work. Hope this helps.

Yes! It is very durable and simplistic fidget/calm down tool.
