I’ve been taking this liquid vitamin B-complex consistently for several months. I have PCOS, so B vitamins are something I include in my routine long-term, and this format works really well for me. I like that it’s a complete B-complex, including folate and biotin, all in one product. The dropper makes dosing very easy — just measure, take it directly or with water, and you’re done. The liquid is red, slightly sweet, and easy to take. Over time, I’ve noticed my nails feel much stronger, and my hair looks healthier with a lot of new baby hairs growing in. I also appreciate that B-complex vitamins support energy levels and the nervous system, which is a nice bonus. Simple, convenient, and easy to stay consistent with. I’m happy with this product and will keep using it.

This is a very high-quality supplement that tastes more like a dessert. It smells great, there was no upset stomach or digestive problems, and it seems to absorb quickly. Tt doesn't have the amount of b vitamins I need, though. I'll be saving it for a maintenance supplement instead.

Smells great, tastes great- another fantastic supplement from Mary Ruth Organics! I have found that I prefer liquid supplements to other forms, less upsetting to my stomach, and this is no exception. Comes with a dropper that is well marked. You only need a little. The consistency is very thin, I add it to some water and shoot it down. High quality ingredients and product as I have come to expect with this brand. 10/10 recommend
