(BTW Almost just as good with out the feta, very refreshing:) This stuff is fantastic in lieu of fresh. Great in tea as well. I've never used dry before but this sure seems of great quality for dried. Highly recommend. I find I am adding more and more of this tasty dried leaf every time I make a bowl. Let it sit a bit to soften and voila'.
