JobSite Boot Toe Guards

I bought these for my daughter's shoes (size 6 toddler). She has a gross motor delay and prefers walking on her high knees, dragging her toes as she goes. This was causing holes in her toes after just two weeks of wear. I added these to her shoes and it was absolutely a perfect solution. The included rubber glue works very well and the toe guards stay in place. The are very slowly wearing down as my daughter constantly drags her feet on the floor, but these are extending the life of her shoes which is such a savior. Well worth the cost. I would highly recommend to anyone who might be in a similar situation and needs to add some durability to the toe of their kid's shoes.

Bought, and installed, these in June 2025. They have been performing great. I waited 'til now to give 'em a chance. I really roughed up the leather and roughed up the inside of the protectors, and used all of the glue. I used a couple of 1 x 6 inch rubber bands to hold them while curing for 3 days. I'm really tough on my boot toes, so I'm tickled to extend their lives.

I did as instructed when installing the toe guards using shoe goo. Scuffed the area etc everything. Even added another layer of glue around the edge once the first was cured. Still did not hold. Lasted about 2 weeks before they started to come off the boot. I work under houses repairing crawlspaces. Tough environment hard on boots. I still use these as a first line of defense adding a little longer lifespan to the boots.

Be sure to sand boot appropriately before applying glue. Be sure to wipe dirt from boot or shoe before applying the glue. After you apply the glue on the protector FIRMLY hold into place on all sides and corners for a decent period of time to let the glue settle. Meaning the longer the better. Do one at a time for best results. The more glue the better you can always rip away the excess after the glue has dried. Take your time and apply enough glue and let it sit for at least a day. These toe guards worked great. The instructions were easy to read and simple to install.

Buyer beware. Worst product ever. Does not seem to want to stick to the shoes even though they were prepped correctly as the directions stated. I guarantee these aren't going to last more than a few days before they pop off and I will be left with ruined shoes. Stay away. There has to be better products out there

I like how they look, and they should wear well protecting the toe, but nothing I have tried will keep them on my boots. I actually wiped the boot toe down with lacquer thinner and sanded it, let it sit overnight so the thinner was gone before gluing them on. Let them sit over night after gluing the guards on. Headed out to work the next day, and noticed about two hours later one was already falling off. These would be the cats meow if I could just make them a permanent part of the boot.

great produce, i have two kits for both my pairs of boots. complete kit for application is great.

These will save your shoes just make sure you clean the bonding surface well-easy to put on-hooroo

Really nice stuff, I was damaging my shoe tip all the time, I like working with DrMarten shoes, installation was easy and it is coming with everything needed to install them. No guessing. Professional result, seems to be installed by the shoemaker. Will buy again
