It is effective at cleaning the grease and other debris that one would typically find on a stovetop, including stainless steel.

Will it work on mirrors or glass, or is it only a stain remover?

It is a multi surface cleaner however as with most multi surface cleaners it will likely not preform as well as a glass specific cleaner in glass.

Has anyone used this product to clean tile grout?

Yes , it is truly awesome ! It cleans everything! My sneakers look brand new after spraying and tossing in the wash! Only cleaner I use for everything...

Will it work on pet stains? (diarrhea)

If the stains are fresh I think it should work, I have used it in our RV on old pet stains and it helped but not totally remove the spots.
