Understand that is quite small , but it is very well made. I have used it quite a bit and find it to nice. **Q: How does one go about having the ratchet fixed or exchanged? Its just spins and the feels like the teeth are slipping** A: I would recommend in getting in touch with the manufacture. I have had this happen in the past with other ratchets. They would get rusty or dirty, use some tool oil and see if you work the debri out. **Q: Does the flex head lock?** A: The flex head does not lock. There is enough friction in the joint so that the head does not flop back and forth. **Q: Will a bit go directly into the ratchet face or is that extension/adapter (pictured) required to use the bits?** A: The ratchet is double sided, one side for sockets and one side for bits. You can put a bit or the quick release extension in one side of the ratchet. Having both a socket and bit holder does make the ratchet head slightly thicker than if it had just one or the other.
