Okay so I have used eyeliner pens for years - decades, if I want to reveal my oldness. I have primarily stuck with Stila eyeliner pens, because I could always count on them to 1) Not dry up in a week 2) Have a smaller tip to define wings and 3) they were smudge proof for me. I decided to try these after seeing that I'd get Five for the same price as one Stila pen. I got them, immediately sat down and looked at my new pretty colors, and opted to start with the brown. These pens are comparable, if not better, to the Stila pens in every way. The tips are firm, so they don't get all bendy bendy so it's hard to complete the wing with definition. The colors pop and more importantly - they stay put. In fact, the next morning I still have to use some makeup remover to get the liner off. I will buy these again and again, and the price is SO WORTH IT!

I love this eyeliner so much. It takes a minute to dry and sometimes you need to shake the ink down to the tip (MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS CAREFULLY WITH THE CAP ON! OR YOU WILL END UP WITH INK ALL OVER!) - I shake it down and kind of tap that end with cap on on my hand somewhere lightly before I open each time to get a perfect amount of ink on the tip before I do my eyeliner. Tapping tricks for the tip to get more ink; With lid on, tap lid tip on counter perfectly upside down about 3 times, then, turn it around with cap up (and still on) and tap the butt of the liner on the counter a couple times. That will keep the tip from being out too far and give you the perfect amount of ink to use. Works perfectly. If you dont do this, it may work perfect for lighter brighter color looks! I have to add a couple layers if i want the colors dark if i dont do the tap tricks. Highly recommend and will buy again and again! I love all the colors. 💖 If you want the colors to look brighter and more noticeably colorful, just use less of it. The thinner amount of the liner you use, the lighter and brighter the color. You can use a qtip if need be to lessen the amount on. But I've noticed if I just don't shake it up beforehand, it doesn't come out as much and that's when i go for the lighter looks.

I ordered this at the same time I ordered a stand-alone black waterproof eyeliner pen which was around the same price point. That eyeliner stayed on all night after I fell asleep before washing my face (bad, I know). This wouldn't do that. That said, I do not need my eyeliner to stay on overnight, I need it to stay on all day long and into the evening. These eyeliners do that. At first the colors are too dark, all of them looking black. After some use you can see that they are colored and the green in particular is pretty great. Flakes a bit after hours of wear so I keep the pen with me in case it needs a touch-up. Happy with these and will use them. Not sure I'd replace them once I run out.

I like the range of colors and they last. Purple is my favorite, which is unexpected. I ordered a second set because I didn't want the purple to run out. It hasn't (over 4 months of use). The brown and purple shades, especially the purple, are nice in between shades for those that are fair in complexion, as black can often be too heavy a color. They aren't so dark in color that they look overdone, as so often times is the case. I also have "allergy eyes" - eyes that tear with exposure to allergens such as dust. This eyeliner has stayed put. I'm very happy with the eyeliner and delivery has been quicker than anticipated .
