Ive been taking this for almost 20 years and it definitely relieves inflammation in my back. I tell people to take 4 the first day (2 caps, 5 hours apart); then 3 per day for a week (spaced out), then a maintenance dose of 2 per day.

I've been buying this product since 2015, maybe from the same seller but maybe not. I honestly couldn't tell you. The price over the years has usually hovered right around $30 per 120-pill bottle. Now it's almost double the price? You've lost me.
