Hi I have used the product before but this times delivery is not effective at all. The plants dont seem to grow. Its been 13 days since this has been put into the aero garden.

I've grown a few crops of these, in both Aerogarden and other brand hydroponic setups. They are easy enough to start and keep happy, and a pretty awesome snack to just snap a leaf off when you walk by them. Unfortunately, as with all seed products, a few will inevitably fail to grow. Maybe out of 12 pods, 1 or 2 will nearly always fail. Statistically, this isn't bad, and I'm still happy with the purchases. The part that irritates me is that they have a "guarantee" when using an Aerogarden machine, but over the past year they have never once replaced any pods or even replied with further steps.

I bought the product in the USA, used distilled water annd the enclosed fertilizer. After waiting 3 months with nothing sprouting, I purchased new seed pods in India and again none of the seeds sprouted. Very disappointed

only 1 out of 6 pods actually germinated the rest went in the garbage waited for 30 days but the rest did not sprout

The pods grow quickly and provide a surprising volume of salad greens. The process really couldn’t be more simple and requires very little effort on your part. The company does stand by its guarantee. Both times in the past year that I have had an issue with seed pods that didn’t germinate the pods were replaced in just a few days of my notifying the company. I am comfortable to continue dealing with them and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
