We purchased several of these for our locations across AZ and NM and they work great. It was much cheaper than getting a conferencing system and super easy for those who struggle with technology. Easy plug and play. Great sound for both sides and love the auto framing of the speaker. My boss loves these which makes me look good. The only issue we have is the remotes don't work consistently. They work for a few minutes and then not again for the day. Even with new batteries.

Camera is super cool - it has a smart technology that looks at the person speaking and highlights them. Very neat and helpful with multiple people in the room. Literally plug and play - up and running within 30 seconds. I have it working with Teams and doing voice calls over Telegram. I spent around $500 trying to cobble a bunk of equipment to do what this does and those items never really worked. Buy it.
