Picture misleading/not cushiony

Not a great product. The inner shredded memory foam is messy if you open it. Whether or not you do, trying to fluff it manually or in the dryer,as suggested (I did both) doesn't really work. As shown in picture (after 24 hrs of airing out, time in the drier, and a few weeks trying to break it in), ultimately it's a foam block that's not particularly soft/comfortable, with a cover that just flops around because the foam doesn't fill it.
