These pellets add a subtle flavor to my turkeys. I did a Full turkey for the main event. I did a couple of turkey breasts the next week. These pellets burned slow. I still had some left after the two smokes (about 4 hours each). I've been happy with all of the flavors of pellets from Traeger and I recommend them.
