Judee's are the best dried egg whites available
These seem to be a keto/carnivore standard. All the interesting recipes want them. They work just the way they're supposed to, whereas other brands I've tried can be pretty nasty. These are the ones to use. To bad you gotta be wealthy to buy them. Ouch!

High quality protein source.
The label on content says the product has 4 grams of protein per 5 grams (1 tbsp) of powder, which is 80% by weight, which makes it a good protein addition an oatmeal casserole that we have for breakfast. The product does not says where it is made.

Great for increasing protein intake
Mixes perfectly in my morning yogurt bowl, I can’t taste it at all and I add 2 tbsp. It is a great source of protein for little calories and is better than protein powder!

Dusty and messy but works.
Good quality, and bakes nicely. It is dusty though. It makes a big mess and dust cloud when baking and gets all over everything. The working the product is a bit of a disappointment

Terrible service from the driver.
I have no issues with the product itself. However, I was outraged that the driver simply dumped the package out on the street. All other packages were delivered to a parcel locker, but we found this one just lying on the street.

It’s delicious!
Glad my daughter bought this for me n I will continue to buy it. It taste so good and it’s quick and easy. I cook it like I would a light pancake. It’s like eating a cloud so light n puffy and it keeps you full for a long time. It lasts a long time well worth it.

it is a powder.
I purchased these for a diet where I was watching my potassium only. I cooked the eggs with one egg only and used a couple of spoons of the dried egg white protein powder. Use oil to fry with. This gave me volume with my regular egg which kept me full. I of course had eggs, peppers in the dish which made an omelet. This is a powder product. You do need to use a fork, whisk, to blend into a smooth consistency. I was fully happy with the product. I will reorder again.

I can eat "bread" again!
Excellent product for making keto/low carb "bread". Made cloud bread and regular loaf bread with this product. All baked wonderfully. So versitile. I'm going to make keto meringue cookies with this too.
