I like this product. I was introduced to Squincher at work. I decided to order some to enjoy on my own. I received the package with some empties. One doesn't open an enveloped liquid packaged in a corrugated/pasteboard box with a sharp edged item. I used my fingers to pull the end open by tearing the paper board from the patch of glue utilized to close the box shut. I know I didn't cause the leaking of the few empty packages. I haven't reordered. This seems like the new standard.
