Are the ring terminals already on the wire?

Just like the picture. Power and ground have ring terminals on one side only.

Should I use the 4 gage wire with my dual 12 inch subs and 1200watt class d monoblock amp ?

The professional installers had no issues when i gave them the skar audio gage, my car system sounds great using it. Thats only input i can give.

Can i run this for skar audio 1500 watt amp?

I am currently using this to push 2 10” Skar speakers from a Skar 1500 for about a year with no issues
