If you haven’t tried this yet and you have a hard time settling down to sleep at night, you need to buy this. We are now using it on the whole family. Every. Single. Night. My oldest plays soccer and it helps soothe his feet and legs at night while he falls asleep. It has a pleasant smell. It doesn’t tingle. And lasts a long time! I keep it on my nightstand for nightly use. 10/10 recommend for the whole family!

I’ve been using the Life-flo Magnesium Oil Sport Spray for about a month now, and I’m very pleased with the results. I apply it after my workouts, and I can really feel my muscles relaxing faster. The eucalyptus scent is pleasant and refreshing, and the skin doesn’t feel sticky or greasy, which makes it very comfortable to use. My sister got me this, I'm amazed, this actually works. My hips and back lock up frequently after microdisectomy and my calves are always crazy tight. This helped immediately with both for me. I feel more muscle mobility. Great before going to PT. My brother in law has back problems but got no relief with this, so I think it either works or doesn't for you. It smells good and feels good, but it creates a sticky mess. I spray it in my hands in the bathroom then apply it, I don't mind it getting on my clothes after application.

This spray helps with cramps and some muscles and joints, but doesn't provide total relief. I like the way it smells and feels on my hands after rubbing it in to my calves and back. I use it as one part out of three to help with calf cramps in the morning, and for muscle soreness. My three part calf cramp prevention: 1. Hydration 2. Electrolytes and lemon or vinegar water 3. This magnesium oil spray If more than one is missing then sometime between 3:30 to 4:30 I am going to be up walking off a painful foot and/or calf cramp.

I've used this spray for leg cramps for over a year. It stops the cramping within 5 minutes. However, it doesn't last long and cramps can return within a couple hours if I don't take a magnesium supplement also. I have to store this in a drawer, on it's side. It tends to leak leaving a salt-crust on the bottle and beneath the neck. It's fine if you keep it upright.
