Muk Luks Men's Trapper Hat- Grey Fairley

I've noticed over the course of several winters that I can sometimes still feel super cold even after piling on the layers. After I started cycling in this hoodie my friend got me as a gift, I realized that having that extra headgear makes all the difference! Hence began my search for a winter hat. I initially was looking at those trapper hats with the rabbit fur and the whole 9 yards, but decided to go with this one instead; the gray fair isle pattern was a more subdued, conservative look vs. the flamboyant trapper hats, so I thought that it'd be a good first investment while I decided if I wanted to get more like this or not. I've been wearing it for a week, and it's definitely not an understatement that it keeps you warm! Plus, the wool-like lining is super soft and comfortable to wear. If there's one gripe that I can make, it would be about the size. I have a big head, so I was worried about the one-size-fits-all status for this hat, and turns out my fears were not completely unfounded. I hoped that it would be a bit oversized, but it fits perfectly so I have to do everything in my power to avoid this thing shrinking. Overall, it's a good buy and I'd definitely recommend it! If I end up getting another one though, I might try venturing into an actual trapper hat or maybe one of those oversized slouchy beanies with the pom-poms just to test out the other products in the market.

So warm and cosy. Advertised as for men but it’s unisex. Non itchy. A strong wind blows through it as with any knit item, but under normal circumstances it’s wonderful. Keeps your ears warm!

I love this hat. Its well made and very warm. The color(s) is perfect and the fit is great. Its very soft and very warm. My go to hat when clearing snow and having snowball fights.
