Uncle Harry's Natural & Fluoride-free Remineralizing Toothpaste - Freshens Breath &.

It's extremely expensive for what it is. And it's not exactly cinnamon.

My teeth and mouth always feel very clean after brushing. Bentonite clay is particularly good for this, in my experience. The salt, silver, and minerals probably help. I like no sweetness, no artificial sweeteners. All the flavors come from natural ingredients and essential oils - no "natural" or synthetic flavorings. Check the ingredient list. Eliminating squeeze tubes for a small, glass jar (2"H x 2"diam) is a bonus, except for traveling. Not as messy to use as powders. A very small amount is enough for a single brushing, so it lasts awhile. Minus one star for lack of cinnamon flavor, the flavor I ordered. The overwhelming flavor is peppermint and menthol. The other spices, including cinnamon. do moderate the mint flavor so that I can tolerate it. Normally peppermint makes me feel sick. This does not. Way too early to judge long term health effects. Can say my mouth feels refreshed and clean with brushing, more than with other toothpastes.

Great taste for a clean mouth. Really cleans teeth well.

I like it so far, & it the taste isn't over-powering w/ cinnamon, either. After reading reviews here, I did finally kick the habit of returning to Crest brand whiteners because of the promises of '7 shades whiter in 7 days', or; 'removes 90% of stains', fast, etc...while always using local health food store all natural brands, too, f/ yrs. (such as Jason's Power Smile, & many many others). I was trying to decide what natural brand to try next, & debating should I just make my own, & was researching reviews of natural brands online & gave this a try. This is great, but because I've let my oral/mouth/teeth/gums' health priority slide.. while experimenting around w/ many natural toothpaste brands, trying to find one I really like that works the best, I'd like to (also) add neem powder to the Uncle Harry's Cinnamon Toothpaste & UH's Tooth Powder on my brush. ie. I'd like to buy neem powder separately, again, & try putting both neem powder & Uncle Harry's Cinnamon Toothpaste &/or Uncle Harry's Tooth Powder on my brush @ the same time, & brush w/ both or all of these (from separate jars), to completely eliminate all bacteria from my mouth, now. My mouth did feel super fresh when I combined this Cinnamon toothpaste w/ Uncle Harry's All Natural Tooth Powder together on the brush. But, I've had a tendency to be so lax & so exhausted @ night after working all day, & then relaxing by researching things on the internet or reading a book until beyond a reasonable hr., that sometimes all I want to do is lay down on the couch, first, instead of going directly to brush teeth & to bed. So I'll be lax & lay on couch f/ a minute & fall asleep, there, (stupidly), & wake up an hr. or so later w/ bacteria in my mouth. So, I've got some extra work to do to reclaim my oral health & to restore my mouth, teeth, gums back to normal, super healthy, & vibrant white. I just recently watched 1 David Wolfe YouTube vid. on how to restore health to your teeth & mouth (& gums, I assume), & he talked in this vid. about the importance of the neem tree as a medicinal tree that has been used f/ centuries by Yogis & people in India, Nepal, etc., & how excellent it is f/ oral health, teeth & gums, & how it eliminates all diseases, all bad bacteria, & way improves teeth & mouth health. (I studied w/ a Yoga teacher from India yrs. ago & he used to tell us how they would chew on neem tree twigs in India growing up as a boy & on into adult life.. f/ oral hygiene & in place of brushing w/ toothbrushes, (perhaps that's all they had? & all they needed??). I've tried neem in the past, in powder form, & in a variety of Neem Toothpastes, but never got past the taste. But, I'd like to find a good neem powder again & add it to my daily brushing routine along w/ Uncle Harry's toothpaste. I haven't been using Uncle Harry's products long enough to notice a dramatic difference, or re-mineralization of my teeth or a brighter whiter smile, yet. But I will cont. using. After trying over a longer period of time, I can post again if I do see & feel dramatic improvements in my teeth & mouth (like dramatic whitening, dramatic cleansing, & notice-able re-mineralization of teeth & improvement of gums) when using Uncle Harry's (even in conjunction w/ a tiny bit of neem powder on the brush, too). I've haven't been diligent & disciplined about an oral health nightly routine..about getting to bed @ same time every night & w/ a specific brushing routine before I lay down exhausted. But due to being worn out from hard work & not always getting a healthy breakfast or natural power drink or juice to start the day & sustain strong energy throughout day, & often skipping past lunch because so busy, w/ just an apple f/ snack, if that, & trying to do too much in one day...I have let oral bacteria build up in my mouth. Another YouTuber, (Marie, @ A Place To Heal), says that swishing w/ wheat grass also re-mineralizes your teeth & eliminates bacteria. & many others say coconut oil swishing also eliminates bacteria & whitens teeth, so, I've been trying these things, & other natural alternatives, too. I can keep you updated on any/all improvements I see/feel over time. I've only used product f/ several wk.s, now. Thanks!
