Does this work for dry fine curly hair ? Would you use it after or before leave in conditioner?

Yes! My hair is dry on the bottom and it's naturally curly. It's done wonders for the damage. I typically don't use leave in conditioner, but this is pretty light weight. I'd probably use this first and then the conditioner
