Love this cleanser ! works really well for odor and small bumps you may have. I suggest moisturizing afterwards as it does dry out your skin a bit.

Hibiclens Antimicrobial Skin Cleanser is one of those products you don’t realize you need—until you have it. I started using it for general skin cleansing and minor wound care, and it’s been incredibly effective. It leaves my skin feeling clean without being overly harsh or drying, which is something a lot of antiseptic products struggle with. What really stands out is the peace of mind it provides. Knowing it’s trusted in both home and hospital settings says a lot about its reliability. A little goes a long way, and the 4 oz size is perfect for keeping in your bathroom or first aid kit. I also appreciate that it doesn’t have an overpowering smell and is easy to rinse off. It’s simple, effective, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. If you’re looking for a dependable antimicrobial cleanser for everyday use or added protection when needed, this is a great choice.

It's Hibiclens; I'd generally say overall if you need it, you know what it does and why you need to use it. Well, one would hope your doctor explain why you be required to use such a powerful antiseptic. Throughout their lives, most people would find it necessary to wash with Hibiclens less than a handful of times. It's most often used by the general public the night before a major operation(although I've been given individually wrapped rags day of the last few years) with the intent of killing as many possible potential sources of infection. Some bacteria may be harmless or helpfull on your skin but deadly if they find their way internally. Postop infections are incredibly severe; they pose a considerable risk to your life and are quite brutal on your psyche. If your doctor tells you to wash with Hibiclens, don't dismiss them, thinking that your antibacterial body is good enough. It's not. However, if this is going to be the limit of your need, there is no reason for you to buy this gallon size jug. They offer more appropriate sizes for preop patients. Hibiclens is also used to sterilize instruments before surgery as well. Essentially, what I am trying to convey is that this is not an antibacterial soap that to be used for everyday handwashing around the house. Regular, nonantibacterial soap works just fine for nearly all circumstances that come up during the day and before meals. (overzealous use of antibacterial hand soap can be dangerous) Hibiclens is a medical product and should only be used by those who have been directed to by their doctor. The blue bottle that listed here as the professional variant is the same thing as the white(i think it's white) bottle. The particular blue is the universal color for Hibiclens in hospitals; that that is why the listing says professional. It happened to be cheaper the day I order it. Both are the same excellent product. If you do need the gallon jug, buy the hand pump as well; it's outrageously priced, but the amount of soap you save pays for it. I have a medical condition that requires me to use Hibiclens all day after everything. The immunosuppressive therapy I'm on leaves me extremely vulnerable to infection. I buy the gallon jugs and refill foaming soap dispensers that I keep by all the sinks. When I use it, it works effectively, killing bacteria thoroughly, when I get lazy, or I feel too unwell and skip refilling the bottles. I'll use regular soap for a week or two, and it almost always leads to another trip to the hospital. Wash your hands with Hipacleanse for 30 seconds, and you have "sanitized" them, killing 99.9% of germs, wash for three minutes, and you have sterilized them, killing 99.99% of bacteria. It may not seem like a lot but think of it as the difference between the person making your sandwich in a restaurant (99.9%), and the person sticking their hands in your body cavity (99.99%)
