Was initially impressed that this product seemed to work with other supplements to slightly boost my intuition, unfortunately that initially also came with quite severe headaches and blood pressure issues. I have since traced the side affects to either excess B12 supplements in my diet or excess total magnesium due to another form of magnesium that I was also taking at the same time (after discontinuing both I was able to gradually get used to this form of magnesium). Just keep in mind that if you have blood pressure issues / severe headaches shortly after taking this for a short time it may possibly be linked to this product / other dietary adjustments may be required.

Si, es original. Desde la prepa (15 años) suelo dormirme tarde (2am) hoy me cuesta conciliar el sueño por lo mismo, además el estrés, ansiedad de trabajo y la familia empeora mi calidad de sueño. Magtein no solo ayuda a dormir mejor si no en general me concentro mejor, estoy de mejor humor y me ayuda con mi día a día, nunca vi lo importante que era hasta que se me acabó y me lo dejé de tomar y vi el gran cambio, desde entonces procuro estar bien surtido.

Paid 43 euro/90 capsules and the product looks suspiciously low quality at first inspection. A lot of the content just spiled outside the capsule into the container.
