It works well but one clip always makes a noise when you open the screen. Other than that select according to computer model carefully and buy.

the product does not fit the new 2020 model 9310, This info should be added to the product description. The Lid is also slightly defective, one edge is warped and bends outwards

Does what I need it to do. I work in a warehouse. I don’t move it around much but like to protect it from dust and any accidental scratches. Great fit. Has a small squeak upon opening and closing but not loud or annoying.

It provides at least some protection for my new Dell 9365 and looks good. Seems to be well made. I would prefer something with rubber corners for that inevitable drop on a tile floor! The only down side is that it caused a ticking noise at the left hinge, so I carefully ground down the little plastic tabs on the top cover just above the hinges. Solved the issue. The PC will not completely fold into a tablet with the cover installed, but that's not important to me. Not a bad product with the small fix mentioned above.

2 nd one, first lasted 5 years. Great product.

It does not let the screen flip completely back.
