Works okay but had to water it down. The spray nozzle immediately clogged and broke, maybe the product is too thick for this particular spray pump. Having to unscrew the cap every time now is a pain. Smell is nice and seems to work well. A little goes a long way.

This was a life saver! I had hair extensions in a while back, and let them go too long between maintenance due to an illness, so I took them out myself, and let me tell you! The rats nest that had settled on the back of my head where the extensions were was a mess! I thought for sure I was going to have a massive bald spot from cutting it out, but thankfully I searched Amazon and found this! It was a miracle worker...with a lot of this product, and even more patience, the tagled mess came out. I have bought extra for my kiddos, because it makes morning hair combing a much less stressful event...and it smells great!

My 82 year old mother had to stay in the hospital for a week after a bad fall, and couldn't move her head so that I could comb her hair. It's very fine and tangles like Christmas lights if you even look at it the wrong way, and is quite long. When she came home it was matted beyond belief and I mean MATTED in a terrible, foreboding CLUSTER of hair at the back of her head. I tried everything I knew of and everything I could. Finally this product along with a rat tail comb (very important tool, use the end of the comb to detangle from the bottom up), and eventually a Wet Brush, did the job. I truly thought we would have to cut some of it at the very least. It doesn't help that my poor mom is SUPER tender headed. I put this on her hair and left it for several hours, and over the next two days I worked on it until the mats finally started to loosen and then come out. I had to cut just a few bits off all in all. As a plus, the scent is not overwhelming and perfumey, which we are really sensitive to in our house. Definitely worth the price and a little goes a long way.
