No, they are not washable. They are normal Crayola crayons, but because they are twistable and have a hard holder my grandson doesn't have the problem with them breaking. He is only 4 years old and loves them. As the other person said you can wash any crayon with a lot of effort.

Are these refillable with regular crayons?

Not refillable and definately not with regular crayons. The twistable crayons are much smaller around and longer then regular crayons.

How long are the crayons? I hope they fit into my daughter's blum case :)

A little bit longer then normal crayons. But not as long as a pen, if that makes sense.

Do these break easily? I am afraid my children will just twist and break them off.

Kind of if you have siblings like mine 1yr, 3yrs old boys twisted and broke them off. However there are mixed colors in the set and it is really pretty.

My daughter loves these. Great for drawing and minimal mess. Loves that some of the crayons are multi coloured. Fund for toddlers to colour with. Have given as gifts as well.
