I don't know why this product has so many low reviews...I have very sensitive skin, and I have no issues with this product, different time limits to keeping the cream on will work for different people, 4 minutes didn't work for me, how I use it: after applying the cream, I wash my hands then start the timer for 7 minutes, I found this time to be the sweet spot for me...find yours. If the product don't work for you, it doesn't mean it's a bad product, it's just not for you, try another one, too many low reviews for stupid reasons.

I even use it on my face for my eyebrows, and for areas with sensitive skin, like the face, I recommend applying a thin layer of petroleum jelly to protect the skin and avoid irritation.
