Get past the smell... seriously they smell bad, but after months and months of being on slow fe iron with no results... 1 month of this and I was a different person. I sweet night and day from what I felt before I started this product. Best advice is take 2 out of the bottle, let them air out, hold your nose and take them.

I had pretty bad anemia and after taking this along with a multi-vitamin for a few months, I had an increase in energy and was able to improve my lab results.

This is the only iron supplement that my body absorbs. No stomach pain

I was taking this product for years and loved it - most iron makes me ill and this one really helped my anemia. It was an excellent formula but now they disappointingly added maltodextrin which is something I can’t tolerate. This also makes their claim that it’s sugar free technically untrue now. I don’t know why they’d add this assistive to a formerly great formula and product. A shame.

please note these contain methylcobalamin, which is good stuff - but 40,000 times RDA is too much. Makes me "high energy" sort of - Mostly jittery and makes my skin red, irritated and like sunburn feeling . There's likely also methylcobalamin in your daily vitamin and other supplements.

I love that it does not upset my stomach. Haven't had a recent iron so can't say how good they are working though

Took these during my pregnancy for folate. Worked great and would definitely recommend.

My daughter is taking them and it's making a difference.
