It's been a constant battle. After his last 2 UTIs in a row (and once he finished his antibiotics) the vet recommended finding some type of cranberry supplement for cats so here I am. I've followed the dosage on the label and it's been a few weeks - and so far he hasn't had another UTI. I'm giving this 4 stars as it seems to be working but my cat definitely will not eat this on his own or crumbled in his food. I have to break it in half and crumble it in the side of his mouth - but it crumbles into a fine powder and he gets it down.
