I have used Solgar B Complex for a couple of years now. There are many different brands which offer B Complex supplements but I personally find Solgar's ticks every box for me in terms of strength, value for money and results. They aren't the smallest of supplements but are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste. I purchase it through Amazon everytime and have had no problems. I would highly recommend.

I've been having issues with multiple B vitamin deficiencies. Guess I haven't been getting enough from my multi-vitamin patch. Tried these, because they are capsules, which are usually easier for me. First off, these taste AWFUL. I haven't come across any that don't. I get my drink ready (something flavored). Like, right next to my face, ready. I pop the pill all the way on the back of my tongue trying to avoid as many taste buds as possible and then shotgun that drink. I still taste it for an hour or two after taking it, with or without food. It makes me burp and each one makes me gag. With that said, I've noticed an improvement. I seem to have more energy, which is quite nice. Unfortunately I won't know if the deficiency is fixed until the next time I get labs drawn, but I suspect I may have taken care of the issue. Oh, and it does turn your pee a little flourescent. Not a big deal, just something to note.
