I decided to try this one since it had a little more. It worked better. No apparent side effects. I take 2 per day. Have been using this produce for 3 bottles (a few months) and the other product for a year. Terrific results with both. I have used "Natures Sunshine brand "Lymphomax" for a year now and I love it!! It helps tremendously well.
