More convenient to use than the pills, saves time. But it still tastes like vitamins even if its flavoured lol.

This is a really good vitamin. It mixes up really well and actually has a fairly good taste. I only have to use 1 scoop instead of the 2 for the full dose.

This isn't a pre-workout, but my body responded to it like it was. I've been lifting again for 3 months, after taking a 3 year break, and I'm starting to require supplements to reach my goals again. I've tried many products on the market, and have never encountered a beast quite like Animal Pak. They suggest 1-2 scoops, but you gotta be mental to take 2 of them. I ate breakfast (which they suggest) along with 1 scoop of the cherry flavored stuff and within minutes I felt it, hard. My mind felt fuzzy, but focused, and my body immediately felt the need to expend energy. I drove to the gym and hit chest and tris harder than I ever remember doing before. My rest breaks between sets were almost non existent and I hit a new PR with ease. And then I did it repeatedly, for numerous sets. I don't know squat about most of the ingredients, but something in there works really well for my body. The taste is rough, but with all those ingredients I expected that, so I dilute it with more water and it's fine. Your pee will be neon green. I read the reviews and was still surprised by how green it was. It happens every time I take it so far, so I guess I live with that now. Also, it will probably upset your stomach if you don't eat along with this supplement. After 1 scoop I can feel the poop. I only take this supplement along with a ph-buffered creatine and my results are fantastic.

I was tired of swallowing a bunch of different vitamins every day so I thought I would try animal Pak vitamin powder that you can mix with water. I was afraid it was going to taste like a crushed vitamin but I was wrong. It had a cherry taste and was easy to drink. Cherry taste was good but not great but I am not a cherry flavor fan. It's an easy way to get all your vitamins and minerals all in one easy drink. It is on the expensive side but it's a great Mens multivitamin and I like it
