No so useful
I had high expectation, product quality is good but fitting is not good. I refunded but they did not come to collect it, however I got the refund in my account.

The product is really bad quality and shape. Do not order. Not recommended at all.

I've only had this a few days. I've been using it while I walk for up to 30 minutes at a time during this unusual sub-zero temp (with wind chill) and I am toasty warm. It is comfortable, extremely soft, covers my neck and shoulders so that wind does not come down my neck at all. The face mask is not at all abrasive on my face. I don't know how well it will hold up when washing but it seems extremely well made.

True colours as same as pictured, it came fast. Can't wait to wear it at the top of Mt Kilimanjaro.

great for extreme cold, fits great, seems durable, we've had a mild winter in Chi this year (2016-2017) the few weeks that were bad, the mask was great for wind protection and 10 degree weather.
