The back part of the pillow so thin will I get support from there when I learn back

I just used this pillow for a 12 hour flight from LA to NZ and was very satisfied. The back part being flat is helpful in that the seat headrest can do it's job, and the soft sides of the pillow then give you a gentle place to turn your neck. First time EVER I've slept 7.5 hours on a plane.

Could somebody tell me please if the part where the back of your neck rests is flatter than the rest of the pillow? no pushing head forward?

It is flat but at a slight angle so it rests nicely against the back of the seat. It definitely does not tilt your head forward.

Does this pillow interfere with using noise cancelling headphones?

I think it would interfere if you lean your head towards one side of the pillow while sleeping. But it was ok with earbuds.

What is the size like? Would it be constrictive for someone with a larger neck?

I lift weights all the time so my neck is bigger than most and I don't have a problem.
