Beautiful Book and Lovely Simple Instructions for Beginners

Loved the Book. Especially because it covers all kinds of Sushi - 🍣. The little background to each recipe is interesting and the step by step photos make it very appealing. It breaks down something that seems daunting into something you want to try right way. Breath-taking pictures as well!
