It is effective but gradually. I shall continue to but this product monthly.
The product is just okay because I didn't experience any side effects in the use of it. I rather experience a positive improvement in my urine flow I have noticed some ease and comforts during and after urination and I believed as I continue to take it there would much better relief.

This is terrific for the kidneys! Saw signs of some bubbles in my urine (not good). As soon as I started taking this (two at nite right before bed) NO bubbles!!
