Neither NSA/ANSI 42 or 53 standard removes estrogen (this filter is certified for both), you would need a filter that is NSF/ANSI 401 certified; as far as I can find there is no filter for the Samsung (or any other refrigerator) with that certification, you would need a separate filtration solution for your entire water supply.
