Just a great balance between chilliness and sweetness. Not hot but has a 'tang' worth enjoying within.

Nice without too much heat
This sauce goes remarkably well with spring rolls as dipping sauce. Unfortunately it doesn't it last long. It provides a nice flavour without too much kick.
