Can this be used for someone who is going to be taking calls, as in for someone who works in a call center?

I use a VoIP over my computer for my work phone and I've been using it for that purpose for a few weeks now. Works just fine. IF your computer has a USB port you can use.

That is 100% the reason I got these headphones. We work with Cisco phones on our computer, so we have to use USB to connect headphones to computer. Works great, good sound, Cool that it lights up and everyone can see when we do our WebEx meetings. Very comfortable and fit around the whole ear so no pressure on the ears.

i'm getting a beeping noise in the right earmuff when it's plugged in. It's a pattern beep of 10 beeps. Anyone know what causes this?
