How does this have a pump? I've never seen this foundation with a pump before.

the built in pump is uniqe and made to dispense the makeup with control, unlike the regular without the pump that the bottle can pour without control or have trouble getting out the makeup from the bottle. you will not know how you managed without the pump, once you get it.

It is not totally comedogenic, there are some ingredients that clog the pores. Even though it is a great foundation for mixed / oily skin.

There is a formula for combination/oily skin. It will specify on the bottle.
