Ok it cleans and removes the odor. However my cat still used the same exact spot ,it didn't make him even think twice. I usually used vinegar and it worked for few days until the smell fades and I hate that smell so I tried this product. It does the cleaning very easily to be fair but I'm not sure about deterring cats from that I use it wrong?

The rainforest fresh scent is pleasant but not overpowering. I’ve used it on old spots too and it still worked well after a couple of applications.
