Excellent for relaxing bath before bed
My therapist recommended these magnesium crystal flakes to help with relaxation. I love the calming lavender smell and find the bath feels really nourishing as we absorb minerals through our skin. I’ve even used in the bath with my children but tend you use less and they also love it. You can feel the flakes initially but once you swirl they around a bit they do dissolve. You do need to use quite a bit out of the bag for each bath so I wish you did get more for your money as it does become quite costly if using regularly. Hence 4 stars rather than 5.
