Why can't you use the nighttime mist during the day? Or can you?

I swear by this product. I haven’t ordered it on Amazon til now- it’s on “add-on” and I search stores for it. Some carry some don’t. It’s fenerally about the same price everywhere but I’ve paid up to $11.99. My dr had given me a prescription for a nasal spray and the pharmacist had advised me to try the regular one. After using the NIGHTIME - I’ll never go back if possible. If you have Any itch, sickness w congestion, runny nose- use it. The everyday use with the nightime can make some people get itchy throat I’ve heard, but this is due to the plant extract- “”””Eucalyptus””” (main/only real difference) I use it daily all day when I’m flaring up or sick and if not just at night before bed. If not i wake up with migraine headaches due to sinus / allergies. Try it! Maybe go with the reg, get your passages and throat used to the drip down and then you can switch over and adapt with ease. I do find if i over use the product I can feel it in my throat on occasion the day after. If you have migraines from sinus pressure like me- you’ll forever trust me! :) I have multiple medical courses/license in areas and i suggest to my patients when needed as well. My kids use the baby version.

Can i use this nasal spray at day time l? or inly at night time?

You can use it in the day or night. The night time one has eucalyptus and menthol, for me it has a slightly burning sensation and smells a little like Vicks vapor rub. But after about 10 minutes it does seem to help with a stopped up nose. This is not something that I use all the time just when I have a cold and my nose is stopped up.
