Excellent supplement that provides support for cardiac function especially needed if you have high stress. ALWAYS check with your doctor BEFORE taking ANY supplements as each person's medical history is different. Yes, I'm a healthcare worker. If you are just trying to stay healthy, remember to stagger consumption & not take it every day like clock work & it will stay effective. I take it 1-3x a week max depending on stress levels.
