They work but as designed they are ok for the price but - there is only just enough material to have the carabiner not touch the bar and in doing so the bottom supports are lop sided. Lazy design choice and easy to fix.

Good stuff, strong textile. The only thing is to master the proper form, that includes positioning the support very close to the body. To be clear, you need this to avoid prolonged grip to the bar. But if you do not find a comfortable position with this, direct hand grip is preferrable.

Great for the abs only problem is that there is a lot of pressure on the underneath of your arms when hanging but you can hold it long enough to get a intense burn
