Usamos para espalda y piernas. Geniales , máximo peso probado fue 85kg ( lo que pesa mi pareja). Sin problema. Al comprimir no se quedan duros , se adaptan un poco. Tacos ni gordos ni flacos. Volvería comprar sin duda

It’s expensive to me , but I love texture and they are flexible, it allows to work out on fascia without pain , they are not filled with water and there are wholes what allows ball to change shape under weight .

these Franklin method balls are versatile and all around great. i tried some cheaper ones and they were terrible fakes. AND you get a free lesson by scanning the qr code on the balls themselves. the seller got them to me the next day. thank you!

Very good for MFR, nice grip, sturdy and good quality. ~11-12 cm in diameter. I slightly deflated mine for better and easier work. Also it smell vanilla omg!
