High-Quality Supplement, Easy to Take & Well Packaged
I’ve been very pleased with this selenium supplement. Solgar is a trusted brand, and you can tell the quality is excellent from the way it’s packaged and presented. The amber glass bottle protects the capsules from light and keeps everything fresh, which is something I appreciate compared to plastic packaging. The tablets themselves are small and easy to swallow, with no strong aftertaste or unpleasant smell. I also like that this formula is yeast-free, which makes it a great option for anyone with sensitivities or who prefers a cleaner ingredient list. After consistent use, I feel like I’ve had a noticeable boost in energy and overall well-being. While supplements can vary from person to person, I’ve found this one to be reliable and effective without causing any stomach upset. Another plus is the value — the bottle contains a generous supply, so it lasts a long time before I need to reorder. Ordering through Amazon was convenient, and the product arrived quickly, sealed, and in perfect condition. Overall, this is a high-quality selenium supplement that I feel good about taking daily. The purity, packaging, and brand reputation all make it worth the purchase.

Efectivo a la dosis correcta.
Contento ya que la dureza de la uñas ha mejorado significativamente aunque hay que tener CUIDADO de no pasarse con la dosis porque amarillea los dientes.
